What we don't do

We say no
more often than yes.

A firm's integrity shows in what it refuses. These are the engagements we turn down — so the ones we accept can be done properly.

List

Staff augmentation.

We do not sell bodies scoped to a timesheet. We scope every engagement to an outcome. If what you need is a seat filled by a pair of hands, there are firms built for that — we are not one of them.

Strategy decks without delivery.

We do not write advisory work we have not signed up to build. A target operating model we cannot run is a liability. If the brief is "write the strategy and leave", we decline.

Delivery without strategic authority.

We also decline the mirror case: a pure implementation brief where the design is fixed, the scope is locked, and the client wants configurators. Our value is in the trade-offs — if we can't name them, we can't own the outcome.

Pilots built to never reach production.

We do not run AI pilots that exist to satisfy a steering committee. We build agents against evals, behind identity, with a named owner on your side. If the brief is "prove it works in a demo environment and leave", it is not for us.

Engagements behind anonymous buyers.

We do not sell through opaque procurement funnels where the actual decision-maker never appears in the room. The first call is with a Partner on our side. It should be with a decision-maker on yours.

Work we will staff with juniors we haven't vetted.

If we cannot staff the work with our own seniors or a vetted senior from our extended circle, we do not take the work. No offshoring to a bench we have never met.

Programmes designed to run forever.

We build AMS engagements that are open on both sides. We do not back-fill tickets to defend a margin. If a module is quiet, the retainer comes down. If you outgrow us, we hand over cleanly.

Conversations that begin with a twenty-field form.

A first call is thirty minutes with a Partner, on the calendar. It is not a vendor questionnaire. If your process requires us to fill a spreadsheet before we can speak, we will — politely — pass.

Still a fit?

If nothing on this page describes your brief, we should talk.

Put thirty minutes on the calendar. A Partner on the other end. If we are not the right firm, we will tell you on the call.
